Terms of Service

1. What Caress is
Caress provides fictional AI companion characters for entertainment and emotional companionship. Characters are not real people; conversations are generated by artificial intelligence. Caress is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or emergency services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Caress.
3. Hearts & purchases
Hearts are a virtual currency usable only within Caress. Free Hearts reset daily and have no cash value. Payments are handled by a secure third-party processor; we never store your card details. Purchases, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, without limiting any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Hearts may be used for messages, photos, and optional instant relationship-level upgrades. A relationship level unlocked on your account remains available for that companion unless you permanently delete your account.
4. Acceptable use
Consensual adult romantic and sexually explicit text conversations with fictional companions are permitted. You agree not to generate or solicit illegal or harmful material; sexual content involving minors or age-ambiguous people, age-play, incest, coercion, sexual violence, or exploitation; or sexual depictions of real people. You must not harass others, reverse engineer the service, or abuse the platform (including automated access).
5. Content & conduct
Companion photos are limited to non-explicit portraits, tasteful adult swimwear, and, at Level 4, lingerie fashion and draped portraits. Nudity and sexual acts are not supported. Photos must not depict coercion, age-ambiguous people, minors, or real-person sexual depictions. We may moderate conversations for safety and may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.
6. Liability
Caress is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
