Heart packs

If a purchase was duplicated, charged incorrectly, or the Hearts were not delivered, contact us so we can investigate and correct it. Unused purchases may be eligible for a refund where required by applicable consumer law.

Caress Plus

You can cancel renewal at any time through the billing portal in Profile. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.

How to request help

Contact support with the email used for your Caress account and the date of purchase. Never send card details or passwords.
