What we collect

Your email (for your account), your conversations with companions (to provide the service — including the memory feature that lets companions remember you), and purchase records. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

To run Caress: generating replies (your messages are sent to our AI model providers to produce responses), maintaining companion memory, managing your Hearts balance, and preventing abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

We use Supabase (accounts & database hosting), AI model providers (message generation), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and aggregated web analytics), and our infrastructure providers. Each processes information needed for its function.

Your choices

You can delete your conversations or permanently delete your account from the Profile page. You may also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data.

Retention

Conversation history is kept while your account is active so companion memory can work. Account deletion removes your profile, conversations and relationship memories. We may retain limited payment records where required for fraud prevention, accounting or law.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure; use a strong, unique password.
